We started our roofing company overseas in 2003. We opened ALSVICK Construction Ltd. in Canada in 2008. That makes twenty years of roofing knowledge, and fifteen years of serving Canadian homeowners.
Our process
An inside look into how we deliver high quality roofing services.
Discovery
We discuss the details of your project via email or phone.
We gather all measurements and requirements necessary to produce your new roof.
At this point, all necessary documents are prepared on our end.
Estimate
After discovery, calculatation of material costs, labor required, and timeframe for installation or repair is conducted.
A quote is generated for you based on all acquired requirements for the project scope.
An optional phone call may be required in order to finalize any outstanding details.
Implementation
After the go-ahead is given, we begin with obtaining all required permits if necessary, and source all of the raw materials.
We begin the installation process by removing the existing roof if necessary. If any existing damage is noticed, we may repair them if approved.
After the existing roof is removed, we prepare the installation area and install the preliminary layer and edging.
Finally, we install the metal panels and flashing.
Refinement
After successfully installing your new metal roof, we perform an inspection to ensure quality.
At this point we close any outstanding balances on your account as the project has been completed.
